Field Experience for Grades 4-12

Our programs get students out in the field to experience first-hand what they’ve been learning in the classroom. All program offerings are linked to current curriculum outcomes in Grade 4 Science, Science 1206, and Biology 2201, and are intended to be rich experiential learning opportunities to increase ocean literacy in your classroom. Each of our programs comes with pre- and post-visit resources that aim to help you better prepare your students for this out-of-classroom learning experience.

These field- and lab-based programs were developed collaboratively and are jointly offered with our partner field sites located in different areas of the province. For more information on each program, please take a look at our fact sheets.
